This presentation was early in my MLS program and the process of researching for this class taught me the importance of information service customization and repackaging in order to meet the needs of the user and the community. I examined how the Kulthau ISP model compared with the information-seeking behavior of the Millennial generation. I found that student behavior is changing, and that by using research from the Human-Computer Interaction field we can alter delivery of information services in ways that will remain relevant for the coming generations.
